The Nasrul-lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT) has issued a stern caution to Muslims across Nigeria, urging vigilance in speech, conduct, and interactions with non-Muslims to safeguard their faith and remain steadfast in Islam.
Imam Abdul Rahman Raji, Lead Missioner for the NASFAT Magboro Group, delivered the message during the Jumat sermon at the NASFAT Islamic Centre in Aseese, Ogun State, today, Friday, 8th August 2025.
Imam Raji outlined several pathways through which a Muslim could unknowingly fall into apostasy and risk incurring the displeasure of Almighty Allah. He specifically warned against utterances expressing support for non-Muslims or traditionalists, mixing Islamic practices with cultural values linked to traditional religions, providing financial support to traditional rites, and physical participation in such ceremonies. These actions, he stressed, undermine the fundamental pillars of Islam.
